Now completing it’s third event, Newday which is the Newfrontiers national youth event, has grown from 3,500 attendees to 6,000 this year. Brighton based Simon Brading and Paul Oakley along with new South African worship leader Siyoli Lusaseni led 6,000 energetic and passionate voices in worship. Featuring a host of new songs this album not only captures the exuberance of the worship times but also resources by the inclusion of a great collection of new songs from this Newfrontiers event.
God glorifying, awe inspiring, motivating, empowering, educating, liberating and exhausting. Newday continues to grow and continues to be a fabulous ride. For six days in the summer nearly 6000 young people gathered in the heart of the UK to worship together. We love watching what God has begun amongst us and we hope this recording expresses part of the electric excitement of being there.
